Shell’s Bling Things is a custom jewelry company specializing in military brooches. The 

Owner and Artisan of the company is Michelle Helton, the wife of a retired 25-year Army 

Officer. Throughout her husband’s time of service, Michelle served in multiple volunteer 

capacities and in a variety of leadership roles to include President of Fort Wood 

Community Spouses’Club, and President of the Protestant Women of the Chapel at Fort 

Leonard Wood, Missouri. As a military spouse, she dedicated her time, efforts, and took 

great pride and joy in supporting her husband and his career. Michelle has made friends all 

over the world serving all branches of the military. Wearing brooches is just one way to 

show love and support of your loved one serving or even for your own unit or branch.

Academy.
